Practice healthy lifestyle habits and be sure to eat a good diet and get lots of sleep. When your body is not run down, you can fight off the flu a little easier. You should also avoid coming into close contact with anyone who may be sick. Remember not to touch your eyes, mouth or nose, as germs can spread this way. You may also want to consider getting a flu shot.
